About Unauthorized Purchases
Thank you for using LINE Web Store.
From July 20 (GMT+9), some users were able to make unauthorized purchases at lower prices than intended. Items purchased during this period will be dealt with as follows.
Affected Users and Items
Some users who purchased the following items between July 20 and July 22 (GMT+9).
- Stickers (including creators’ stickers)
- Themes
- LINE PLAY Gems
All purchases that the above applies to will be cancelled and the payments refunded, and the items will be returned. Any gifts that were a sent as a result of these unauthorized purchases will also be returned.
Users should no longer be able to make unauthorized purchases. Please continue to enjoy the LINE Web Store.
