LINE Corporation

LINE Corporation (the “Company”) is set to undergo an intra-group reorganization, effective as of October 1, 2023, including (i) an absorption-type company split, in which the Company is the split company and Z Holdings Corporation (“ZHD”) is the successor company, and (ii) subsequent change in the trade name of ZHD to “LY Corporation.”

As a result, LY Corporation will succeed to, or assume, all of the rights and obligations under the agreements between you and the Company based on the LINE STORE Terms and Conditions of Use (these “Terms and Conditions of Use”). Along with this, we will revise these Terms and Conditions of Use.

The major changes are as follows:

○ The LINE Terms and Conditions of Use will be changed to the “LY Corporation Common Terms of Use”.

○ The LINE Privacy Policy applicable to the services of LINE STORE (the “Services”) will be changed to the “LY Corporation Privacy Policy”.

○ It will be clarified that changes to these Terms and Conditions of Use will be made in accordance with the laws and regulations. (Article 3)

○ The wording of the information which Users are required to register in their LINE Account will be changed. (Article 4.1)

○ It will be clarified the conditions for changing the Services. (Article 6.8)

○ It will be clarified that Article 11.3 provides for cases where the LY Corporation suffer any damage due to User’s willful misconduct or negligence.
